735, I want you all to know that these are hard times for everyone, but we must stick together! We CANNOT let this company run all over us! We have done that for years! We have to stick together to get a good contract! This is the only way that we are going to get what we should have received years ago! Lets not forget what this company has done over the past few years. Vought was taking our work from us leaving us without a job unless we went to Dallas! The health care has been under what most companies were getting. Vought wants to say that's the way Dallas does it, but they don't want to give us the pay that Dallas gets! We all know that Dallas can't build our components. Vought has proven that! We have to buckle down, dig in, and STAND UNITED! Remember, UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL! We have sent Vought the message that we are standing together. Now it is up to us as brothers and sisters to show them that we stand together for the long haul! We are not the dumb bunch of HILLBILLIES that Vought Dallas thinks we are!
Go 735!!! Being from Chicago and in the airline industy for 15 years, I've seen this a hundred times!!! Lets stick together and get rid of Maxie and get a contract that we deserve!!! Terry
