a lot of the malls , large dept. stores, and groceries are hiring for the holidays. your not gonna get rich but will be some money coming in to go with your strike pay. there will be other holidays to spend lots of cash. talk with your families , they will understand. if you don't stand for something you will fall for anything.

The union needs to make a statement saying how the silly company showed up with armed guards and how they tried to trap us... we are the real hero's here.

brothers and sister loook in the future ,we may be doing this 3 years from now , so i suggest lets take care of union memebers now, by rasing union does to what ever a month so when we go back on strike in 3 years we can possible get a check that will cover most people mortgages ,maybe a strike check between 200-250 range that way you dont have to worry about your home and than theres no excuse for members crossing and maybe get the non-union memebers to join, to me if you have 1 employee on the floor thats not a member you have none ,some might not like this idea ,but its better than losing your home like so many today are ,just somthin to think about , ,thanx

Maxie is just a washed up has been who needs to hit the road. If I was a big boss for the company I would be worried. When we get back in there someones going to have to take the fall. That has always been their way of handling it, although you may be taken care of , you will for ever be known as the dummy that took the blame. How you like that? Are you worried?

Maxie thinks he knows how this union thinks and works. He is wrong. All us workers that have been there a little over 10 years know how the company lies and promises and never delivers. They think we are just lucky to have a job. Well we don't just want a job, we want a job we can build on and have a good life and not have to worry bout things when we retire. We are working for a goal. Shouldn't you always want to do better? If you give us nothing , why should we have any kind of a positive attitude. You can't just live for now or today cause you will get burned.

No great things ever came without sacrifices. This situation requires patience on LL 735's part and the house of cards, that is Vought management will fall. They have sold their souls to the mighty dollar and that is the reason for the limited understanding that they possess when it comes to the negotiation process.

They've compromised their faith and goodwill towards their fellow man as well. Merry Christmas to you Vought and please don't choke on that "expensive" ham that we won't need this year.
