Really enjoyed the East Gate this morning and the officers reading the Scabs the riot act for nearly knocking them down and our Union members. That goes to show what having cooler heads prevailing is all about.

Now maybe the management can understand that and write a better contract with cooler heads and prevail on getting the Nashville site back on solid ground again with the bread and butter Union members that will not Scab for them.

There is no compromising the dedication of this Union and insulting us with a BAFO like that was just an insult, it was the final straw in making the whole Nashville site have a nice big black eye after getting all those pretty awards and write ups in the Vought monthly news letters.

Way to go to the upper management team in Nashville. I'm sure you're still patting yourselves on the backs for this milestone achievement!

Thanks again for a great turn out this morning. Its good to see this union is standing strong. Everyone on the line was in a cheery mood despite the chilly air and believes that we will win the fight, cause thats what happens when brothers and sisters of local 735 unite.

Vought is again lying to its employees. Their latest fact checker talks about how to become a "financial core" member. This does not apply to Tennessee. You can be a freeloader but there is no such thing as a "financial core" member. Do you think that Vought cares about what happens to its scabs after this strike is over. NO. They are just using them like they deserve to be used and could care less what fines the Union imposes on them when this is over. If they cared they would get back to the table and work out a fair contract. Stand strong brothers and sisters.

I could not agree more with the above comment. Those that have crossed the line will see how much the company cares about them.
Rumor has it that someone crossed and had a couple of flat tires, when maxie was asked about buying new ones he said he wasn't buying tires.
Anyway if you cross the picket line you do so with no sympathy from the company and never any from these Brothers and Sisters!
All they want is for you to try and help them break us,you are being used. In the end it's like selling your soul to satan.
You're being told how they need you and how much you need the money. In the end they wont care about you and your fellow employees will despise you. You will end up in your own private hell.

This is really getting boring, Fact Checker after Fact Checker. Give us something good to read Maxie. Your "Tough Guy" image is starting to look like your hairline, running backwards!!

To the scabs that have crossed.

The Union Brothers and Sisters don't respect you.

The company does not respect you.

You don't respect you.

Who would?

Good luck with the rest of your life!

We have stood together and walked the picket line for 4 weeks. It has been a pleasure to see people care for each other and encourage one another when shifts on the line change. Our team captains have done a great job and we appreciate it.Keep up the spirit and camaraderie brothers and sisters, we will prevail!!!
