Dear Maxie: (Since I know you read this)

Before you post another one of your idiotic announcements, please take a english class!!!

In your safety announcement you wrote: another employee was followed after leaving work at a high rate of speed.

If you are implying a Union member chased him home you should have placed "at a high rate of speed" after the word "followed" The way you have this posted it just says your employee was speeding.

Also on the FAQ posted 10/16 the last paragraph reads:
6. What healthcare coverage will Vought offer now since the contract has been turned down?
Healthcare coverage is subject to negotiations and until a new contract is ratified, the existing options will be continued

You do not SPECIFY we have to elect COBRA. So my EXISTING option was to pay $36 a week and you pay the rest. Where can I send that check???

I hear Vanderbilt has an excellent english program- although apparently they are lacking in the cultural diversity department. At least that is what I heard on MTV

i love the video. what a major impact it has on you when you watch it. i know some people on this blog don't want to hear about boeings strike but i think that we are all in this together and fighting for the same thing OUR RIGHTS AS AMERICANS, OUR FREEDOM TO EXPRESS,
THE UNION IS A PRIVILEGE AND HONOR, without it we would be working for less money, no pension, no sick days, no vacations. i know that there are company's out there that are not union and have benefits, but they are not the greedy snakes that we were introduced to several years ago. VOUGHT & CARLYLE GROUP
I guarantee after what dallas did to the salary people they wish they were union also. they screwed them just like there TRYING to screw us with one difference WE DON'T HAVE TO LIE DOWN AND TAKE IT. WERE NOT SCARED OF THE BIG BAD WOLF WE HAVE RIGHTS AND WERE GOING TO USE THEM. solidarity my sisters and brothers
UNITED WE STAND DIVIDED WE BEG

will our checks be taxed or is that something we will have to worry about come february?

All I know is if we go back for less, you will get what you pay for.Cause I will not care if the company survives or not.
I guarantee you i will milk this company for all its got,and you'd be surprised how this will catch on like a virus!Because I will not care anymore and quality can get tossed out the window for all I care!
But hey you get what you pay for!If there is no incentive what do you have VOUGHT?

From the guy who did the video, we are all connected and all in the battle together. When one local falls we all fall. When one unit wins we all win. Our work is your work. Its our goal to see everyone do well. Stay tight save the arguments for after the strike. You have the power when united, We have all the control we need as members in our vote. In Solidarity Brother Grinde, Boeing, Glad to have you in the IAM. Just one member to another.
